Continuing program of Bali promotion for domestic market, Bali village is organizing the 3rd time in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The Bali promotion program will be in cooperation with major travel agents in Balikpapan; Bayubuana Travel, Satriavi Tours & Travel and Toto Gasono Tours.
Target Audience/Invitee for Bali Promotion Program:
Travel Agents in 3 cities; Balikpapan, Tenggarong and Samarinda,
Booking sources of each corporate in Balikpapan,
Booking contact for local government.
Local Associations/Club.
This event would be beneficial to everybody to enhance awareness of Bali hotels, travel agents and tourism activities as well MICE event in Bali. Analyze the market trend and contracting. Not only for near holiday season but also for selling the other holiday packages.
Bali Tourism Exhibition, 5 & 6 August 2006 (Tentative based on confirmation of Bali Tourism Authority)

Date: 5 - 6 August 2006
Its designed to create awareness and attract visitor from Balikpapan, Tenggarong and Samarinda to get a holiday in Bali. An opportunity to sell Bali's holiday package direct to end user for forthcoming Holiday season September - December 2005. As well as maintain the existing Bali as Tourism destination among East Kalimantan.
This event will be involving all tourism industry such as hotel, travel agents, airline, restaurants and Bali's souvenir in all Bali regions.

Registration Fee:
Bali Village's member : Rp. 4,750,000 per company
Non Bali Village's member : Rp. 6,000,000 per company
* Maximum participant: 2 persons per company.
* Not inclusive of airfare, land transportation, meals, accommodations.
The registration fee is covered for cost of:
- Rental of function room for table top presentation and any required technical equipments
- Cost of cocktail with open bar and heavy finger snacks
- Balinese Dance performance
- Souvenir and giveaways
- Printing, postage and mail
- Featuring of each company logo and pictures in the flyers , invitation and auto running presentation/VCD Editing
Coordination and booking of all works, support & implementation of events on site
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*The promotion program of Bali Table Top Presentation and Bali Tourism Exhibition 2006 will be held based on minimum 20 companies registered.
AIRFARE :
Bali Village is currently negotiating for a special rate for the delegation. Delegates will be advised, upon recipient of rate.
ACCOMODATION :
Approximately Rp. 600,000 nett/room/night included breakfast for single or double occupancy. All hotel reservations will be directed through the Bali Village secretariat.
